We understand that shearing is an essential first step for many projects. We operate the most advanced metal and steel shearing tables that can cut cut up to ¼” 10ft long mild steel, 10 gauge 10ft long stainless steel, or ¼” 10 ft long aluminum. On average, we shear 14,000 – 18,000 pounds of metal every day to ensure your project is completed on-time and to the highest quality.
Our Arku finishers will ensure parts flat and bur free ready for weld and paint.
As an additional service to our partners, we also offer edge rolling. When you project requires a prep step for painting, we have many different machines ready to roll the edges for you. This way, your paint won’t chip. Edging is also important for safety to ensure your edges are smooth and won’t be in the way.
